Discount retailer Total Liquidators is set to make a comeback at the former Walmart location. The company announced on Friday that it will return to the 118,000-square-foot store in September.
“The sales floor will be bigger and better than ever with a clothing department at least three times,” the retailer posted on Facebook.
Total Liquidators previously operated at the site from October 2020 until December 2022 before closing.

In 2023, the space was briefly occupied by RideNow, a dealership specializing in new and pre-owned motorcycles, ATVs, and personal watercraft. RideNow closed its doors in January of this year.
The building, which originally housed a Walmart until its closure in late 2017, has seen various tenants over the years.

After Walmart’s departure, the shopping center owner, Brixmor, leased the space to a flea market before Total Liquidators’ initial tenure.
Total Liquidators currently operates several locations across the area, including in Bensalem Township, Warminster Township, Richland Township, and Montgomery County.
The shopping center recently lost its Fine Wine and Good Spirits Store, but it gained a new Planet Fitness this spring.

In recent years, Brixmor had considered repurposing the site as a fulfillment center, according to marketing documents that outlined potential developments. The proposals included the addition of three restaurants within the shopping center and the demolition of a nearby store to accommodate loading docks.
