Federal officials said Donald Joseph Bound Jr., 48, of Hulmeville Borough, was apprehended without incident by the members of the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force and the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office at a home in the 500 Block of Ford Avenue.
Around 8 a.m., law enforcement officials began surveillance of Bound, who was wanted on Bucks County and Middletown Township police warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and a failure to appear on a bench warrant issued in 2022, authorities said.
The sex offender registration requirement stemmed from Bound’s 2002 conviction for statutory sexual assault and indecent assault of a minor, authorities said.

Information was obtained, according to investigators, that Bound was hiding in the residence.
The home was quickly surrounded and then entered.
