PennDOT is stepping up its efforts to repair potholes and improve road conditions across the Philadelphia region.

The state transportation department said that more than 910 tons of asphalt have been used for repairs since the beginning of the year.
Starting next week, attention will turn to the Levittown area as part of the ongoing initiative to address deteriorated pavement on more than 40 state highways in the region.
PennDOT and its contracted crews will embark on the pavement repair operation on:
- New Falls Road in Falls Township,
- Pennsbury Road in Falls Township,
- Pennsylvania Avenue in Falls Township and Morrisville Borough,
- Radcliffe Street in Bristol Township,
- Edgley Road/Woodbourne Road in Bristol and Middletown townships,
- Pine Grove Road/Yardley-Morrisville Road in Falls Township,
- Neshaminy Street in Hulmeville Borough,
- Fallsington-Tullytown Road in Tullytown Borough.

The repair activities will require travel lane restrictions to facilitate the patching operation.
PennDOT has issued an advisory to drivers to remain vigilant when navigating these zones, cautioning that the moving operations may lead to intermittent lane closures and potential delays.

The schedule of the repair work is contingent on favorable weather conditions.
PennDOT encourages the public to play a part in maintaining road quality by reporting potholes and other roadway concerns. Reports can be made by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD or by visiting the www.penndot.pa.gov and clicking on “Submit Concern”.
