This year marks 15 years since the Warrell family’s Levittown Christmas tradition first switched on.

On Saturday, the Warrell family’s large display that is timed to music lights up from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 257 Elderberry Drive in Falls Township’s Levittown section.

The family will bring in a DJ and soft pretzels and hot cocoa while supplies last at Elderberry Lights.

As the display switches on for its 15th year, this year might be its last.

Milt Warrell explained that the display requires significant effort to set up, and 2023 might be its final year. However, the family hasn’t made a final decision on the future.

For weeks, the family has been setting up their big display.

Jennifer Warrell said the display is dedicated this year to the nurses and doctors at Capital Health, who helped their son, Thomas, after a very serious motorcycle crash earlier this year.

Elderberry Drive will be closed in the area of the display during the event.

For Saturday’s event, parking can be tough as the crowd arrives, and the family has asked attendees to not block driveways.

Those who visit the display from Saturday through Christmas can make donations to the Families Behind the Badge and American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.
