Philly Man Seriously Hurt In Single-Vehicle Crash

A Philadelphia man suffered serious injuries after a crash last week along I-95.

Pennsylvania State Police said they were dispatched just past 11:50 p.m. last Wednesday for a crash on I-95 northbound near the Route 13 interchange in Bristol Township.

Troopers said they found a single-vehicle crash involving a 2007 Buick Lucerne that was driven by a 31-year-old city man.

The man suffered serious injuries and was transported to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown Township by the Bucks County Rescue Squad.

According to state police, the crash happened when the Buick was traveling and ended up going across the highway, striking a concrete barrier on the shoulder.

The crashed Buick ended up going about 60 feet before it came to a rest, state police said.

The injured driver will be ticketed for the crash, troopers said.
