
Amid hot September temperatures, Bucks County Technical High School closed early on Tuesday due to a cooling malfunction in the school’s cafeteria.

The school on Wistar Boulevard informed parents and guardians that all students were to be dismissed at 10:30 a.m.
The school’s administration released a statement on the closure: “Due to cooling issues in our cafeteria, Bucks County Technical High School will be dismissing all students Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.”
“Districts will be providing transportation for students this morning,” the statement said.

“We will let you know as soon as possible if this problem will be corrected for tomorrow,” the school’s statement added.
Bucks County Technical High School serves students from the Bensalem Township, Bristol Borough, Bristol Township, Morrisville, Neshaminy, and Pennsbury school districts.
