UPDATE: Cops: Brake Issue May Have Led To Crash

A driver was freed from a vehicle that turned onto its side in a crash.

The crash happened at the intersection of Bristol-Oxford Valley Road and Lincoln Highway on the border of Falls and Middletown townships.

Crews were called around 10:45 a.m. and arrived to find one driver trapped.

Initial reports indicated that the driver of the overturned vehicle was removed after firefighters cut the roof off of it.

There was no immediate word of life-threatening injuries, but the Penndel-Middletown Emergency Squad was on the scene.

No further details on the crash were immediately available.

The Fairless Hills and Penndel fire companies responded, along with the Middletown Township Department of Fire and Emergency Management.
