A man was arrested by Tullytown Borough police earlier this month after allegedly engaging in lewd conduct at the Levittown Train Station.

Officers were dispatched on Saturday, August 5 at 8:30 p.m. to the train station for a report of a man masturbating.
At the train station, two responding officers found a man in the train waiting area matching the description of the man who was masturbating, police said.
The man appeared visibly intoxicated and was taken into custody without incident, police said.

The 35-year-old man told officers he was homeless and staying at the train station, police said.
Officers administered a portable breath test and his blood alcohol level came back as .199 percent, police said.

The man was charged with indecent exposure and public drunkenness. His bail was set at 10 percent of $30,000 and later reduced to non-monetary conditions.
