A motorcyclist was killed in a Saturday morning crash in Falls Township, police confirmed to LevittownNow.com.

The single-vehicle wreck left a 32-year-old man Bristol Township’s Croydon section dead on Bristol Pike, just south of its intersection with Mill Creek Road, according to Falls Township police.
The crash occurred at approximately 10:34 a.m. when the motorcyclist reportedly hit a series of potholes, causing him to lose control of his bike. Following the loss of control, the man left the roadway, struck a guardrail, and then struck a telephone pole, police said
Medics transported the victim to Jefferson Bucks Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries, police said.

Investigators said the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet during the collision.
The preliminary investigation indicated that alcohol, drugs, or a medical emergency were not factors leading to the crash.
