Gerald Michael Majchrzak was convicted following the two-day trial on charges of robbery, plotting a robbery, theft, and weapon possession before Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Judge Stephen Corr, according to the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office.

The judge then handed down a state prison sentence of between five and 10 years. Additionally, the judge gave credit to Majchrzak for 250 days already served behind bars, ordered him to pay $3,250 in restitution, and will have him abide by the recommendations of a drug and alcohol and mental health evaluation.

Timothy Allen Baker, 46, from Bensalem Township, was Majchrzak’s accomplice in the May 2022 robbery. He already pleaded guilty and will be sentenced in October.

At 11:41 a.m. on May 5, 2022, Middletown Township police officers responded to Infinity Smoke Shop on East Lincoln Highway because of an unanswered 9-1-1 call. Dispatchers later received a report from employees that an armed robbery had taken place.

Upon their arrival, officers obtained descriptions of the suspects.
