PennDOT has announced its plan for pipe flushing operations in Bristol Borough and Bristol Township.

The pipe flushing operation will take place Thursday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Friday on Green Lane.
Crews will close Green Lane between Route 13 and Wilson Avenue during the work.
During this temporary closure, alternative routes have been designated to minimize disruption for drivers.

Motorists traveling through the affected area will be directed to utilize Radcliffe Street, Market Street, Old Route 13, Mill Street, Bath Street, and northbound Route 13 as detour options, according to PennDOT.
While the closure will impede regular access to Green Lane, local access up to the work zone will be maintained.
