A man was sentenced Thursday to state prison term for three road-rage incidents that happened in early 2022.
Andre Kenny Mark Green, 30, of Fort Washington, Montgomery County, was sentenced by Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Judge Charissa Liller to a state prison term of 15 to 30 years. In addition, he was ordered to serve a 10-year probationary period, undergo a mental health evaluation, and pay restitution of $3,250 to two of the victims.

The arrest of Green took place in April 2022 after two shootings that had occurred on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bensalem Township were connected to Green. Both incidents, classified as road-rage shootings, took place during daylight hours, authorities said.
The first shooting transpired on March 15 when a driver reported being shot at by a male operating a grey sedan. Two shell casings were discovered on the Turnpike westbound as evidence, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Six days later, on March 21, state police said they responded to a second Turnpike shooting. The vehicle involved and the driver matched the descriptions provided in the March 15 shooting. Two projectiles were found inside the victim’s vehicle.

During the sentencing hearing, Deputy District Attorney Thomas Gannon presented evidence, including dashboard camera footage captured by two victims, depicting Green’s aggressive driving behavior. The footage showed Green tailgating, brake checking, and cutting off the victims before firing a gun at their vehicles.
Fortunately, no fatalities occurred despite the crowded Turnpike in Bucks County.

The victim of the March 2022 shooting told the courtroom she suffered a scar on her leg.
She said she remains impacted by the shooting and barely can drive since.
“I didn’t deserve this,” she said.

Deputy District Attorney Gannon described the lack of fatalities as a “miracle.”
Following Green’s April 2022 arrest at his place of employment in Fairless Hills, Falls Township police were able to link Green to a January 2022 road-road incident within their borders.

The victim in that case, who had been returning from Philadelphia International Airport, reported being aggressively pursued by a driver in a rented red car. The driver of the red car engaged in reckless behavior, attempting to cut off and force the victim off the road on northbound Route 1 near Route 13, authorities said.
Ultimately, a shot was fired, striking the victim’s vehicle.

Investigation later revealed that the red car had been rented by Green.
Due to prior felony convictions, Green was prohibited from possessing a firearm, prosecutors said.

The investigation into the incidents was a joint effort involving the Pennsylvania State Police, Bucks County Detectives, and the Falls Township Police Department.
