The 49-year-old township resident was picked up Tuesday around 4:30 p.m. in the 100 block of South Kenwood Drive in Bristol Township’s Levittown section after a call from a neighbor to 9-1-1. The caller reported the man was trespassing at the property.
The home has been boarded up for weeks after being deemed uninhabitable and the man was told previously not to be at the property.
Officers arrived and found the man standing in the driveway with a beer in his hand, police said.

A car with its door open was nearby and eight unopened beers were spotted on the front seat, police said.
A witness told police she reported seeing the man going in and out of the boarded up home.

Police noted the home had plywood covering some windows, but some boards had been removed. They also stated there were signs around the property noting the home was uninhabitable.
Bristol Township License and Inspections Department reported to police that the man was warned earlier in the day he was not to be on the property or he could be arrested.
Police documents did not state why the man had been at the property.
