Forager [noun] a person or animal that goes out in search of food or provisions of any kind

Dana Nicole Pezza, the owner of The Forager, has crafted a style of her own and she has already proven to be quite an accomplished forager.

She first spread the word with an invitation to preview her local market and cheese shop, brought to you by the owners of Itri Wood Fired Pizza. Dana began with a soft opening to the public before the holidays, and then celebrated with a grand opening on January 5.

โ€œItโ€™s been such an amazing outpouring of support. I am truly thankful to be on Mill Street,โ€ she said.

It was the irresistible salami – most of the meats are from Italy – that enticed Bristol Borough resident Samuel Scalzo to The Forager.

The ambiance is simply charming, boasting original wooden beams, and even enhanced with some original shoe shelves from the former, celebrated Ballowโ€™s Shoes.

Salesperson Bridget Buckreis is a borough resident. She is always most happy to assist each and every patron.
