Pennsylvania State Police said this week that they plan to charge an 18-year-old Bensalem Township man who was involved in a pursuit in Bristol Township.

In a press release this week, troopers said they attempted to pull over a 2012 Mercedes 300 series along I-95 northbound in Bristol Township on November 12 at 2:51 p.m. The luxury sedan didn’t stop and a chase began.
The pursuit went on along the highway in the township and a trooper captured the vehicle’s information, state police said.
The pursuit was terminated and the vehicle continued on, state police said.

Shortly after the pursuit was terminated, the fleeing vehicle was involved in a one-vehicle crash, state police said.
The 18-year-old Bensalem Township man believed to be behind the wheel will be charged with fleeing and eluding law enforcement.
