On Sunday, October 23, Falls Township police were called to the Old Navy store in the Court at Oxford Valley shopping center after two men were spotted taking a cart full of merchandise without paying, court papers state.

The two men took the cart to a waiting vehicle and then drove a few stores down to Rally House, a retailer who sells sporting apparel, a witness told police.

Several officers responded to the shopping center and an Old Navy clerk pointed them to the suspects, police said.
