Nancy Ellen Young-Castaneda, 51, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, tragically passed away on October 11, 2022.
She was born March 18, 1971, in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of late Edward And Aylwyn Young. She is survived by her daughter, Rosa Castaneda, her close friend, Edward White, and her 5 sisters, Donna Myhre, Elizabeth Marion (Bruce), Diane Mitchell (Lee),Patricia Ford (Rick), Laura Poorman (Mark). She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
Nancy graduated from Mount Aloysius College in 2003 as a nurse. She worked in nursing homes over the years and loved caring for other people. Nancy also had a passion for animals. She had horses and loved caring for them. She also loved her cats.
She always made sure to make everyone laugh no matter where she was. She enjoyed traveling, nature, reading, and spending time with her daughter.
Thoughtful donations in Nancy’s honor may be made to Women’s Animal Center in Bensalem, PA.
