Newest Middletown Police Officer Joins From Montgomery County

The Middletown Township Police Department’s newest officer joins after a four-year stint in Montgomery County.

Officer Kaylee Plisinski took the oath of office Wednesday morning. District Judge Daniel Baranoski administered the oath at his courthouse as police department leadership and the new officer’s family watched.

Plisinski joined Middletown Township police after working at the Hatfield Township Police Department.

“We are excited to have Kaylee join our police department and she is looking forward to a great career with MTPD,” police said in a social media post.

Plisinksi earned her diplomas from Cabrini University in 2018, where she studied political science and criminology, and Haverford High School in 2014. Additionally, she graduated from the Temple University Municipal Police Academy, according to information released when she was hired by Hatfield Township police.

In other recent Middletown Township police news, Officer Kassidy Groves was promoted to detective. She had been serving as an acting detective since June.
