Pat’s Pizza and Bistro started when three relatives bought the “Pat’s” pizzeria in South Jersey in 1974.

The 3,300-square-foot Levittown building was constructed in 1972 and previously was home to a catering business, Moby Dick’s Seafood, Alvino’s Restaurant, Rachael’s Restaurant and Gencarelli La Cucina. Pat’s Pizza and Bistro overhauled the building and modernized it before they opened their business in 2014.
