UPDATED: County Detectives, Borough Police Execute Search Warrant At Home

Bristol Borough Chief of Police Joe Moors said search warrants were executed on two homes in the same area of Wood Street. He added there was no need for concern from the public.

Bucks County Detectives and Bristol Borough police descended on a street midday Wednesday to execute a search warrant.

According to a resident, the police activity was focused at a residence on Wood Street in the area of Penn Street.

The street was filled, at the time of the search execution, with marked and unmarked police vehicles. Plain-clothed and uniformed members of law enforcement were at the scene, the resident told LevittownNow.com.

County detectives and borough officers were behind the activity, but no arrests were reported in district court as of 2:30 p.m.

Borough police remained on the scene into Wednesday afternoon.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office didn’t comment on the activity.
