PennDOT will impose multi-day overnight lane closures on I-295.

Drivers on I-295 westbound will encounter a lane closure between the Woodbourne Road and Old Lincoln Highway (Route 213) overpasses in Middletown Township on Wednesday through next Wednesday, September 28 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The lane closure will be so PennDOT can install Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) along the highway.
Drivers have been advised by PennDOT to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
