New Warehouse Approved For Industrial Area Of Bristol Twp.

A new warehouse will be constructed in Bristol Township.

Earlier this month, Bristol Township Council approved preliminary and final subdivision and land development to construct a 6,500-square-foot warehouse with a loading dock at 1615 Manning Boulevard.

The property is currently used for parking and is covered with gravel. It is owned by Leinheiser Bros. LLC and sits next to an existing building.

A representative for the Leinheiser Bros. LLC said the owner plans to subdivide the 1.5-acre lot to separate the existing building from the new warehouse.

The site will have stormwater improvements for the new warehouse, which sits in an industrial area.

The project had waivers approved, including for the front loading dock.

The tax parcel is zoned M-2 Heavy Manufacturing.
