The suspects reportedly caused damage throughout the building, leading Bristol Township School School District Police and Bristol Township police to investigate.

Kellie Dietrich, a district spokesperson, said the damage was spread around the school, as the suspects wandered around the empty building.
A total cost of the damage was still being tallied, but one camera was smashed, a computer monitor was damaged, a window was broken, and a closet door was kicked in, Deitrich said of the damage as of late Monday afternoon.

A set of keys were stolen from a desk, but the keys don’t include entry to the building’s new exterior doors, the spokesperson said.
More damage and theft might be identified as the investigation continues.
Pictures of the suspects were captured on security cameras and forwarded to police. Images floated around on social media, but this news organization was unable to confirm their authenticity.

The burglary and vandalism took place as the building prepares to welcome students for the 2022-2023 school year.
Over the summer, Truman has been undergoing a $11.9 million project for the following upgrades: heating system repairs, a new chiller, console unit ventilator replacement, adding energy efficient doors, and the addition of cooling the classrooms.
