On Thursday, July 7, Krescanko allegedly punched, choked, and bite the hand a woman who arrived at a home in the 400 block of Washington Street, police said.

An officer noticed the woman had bruises on her face and arm and an apparent bite mark on her hand, police said.

The woman relayed to officers that she fled the home with a pair of scissors after Krescanko stated he wanted to have sex with her. She did not want to have sex with the man, police said.

Early Friday morning, hours after the Thursday incident, Bristol Borough police Detective William Davis was called about an arson fire on a 2020 Hyundai SUV in the 400 block of Washington Street.

The detective spoke with Krescanko’s girlfriend, who said he told her he set the SUV on fire to “get back at the neighbor for calling the police on him.” She also stated he was upset at a neighbor for calling authorities on him, forcing a shutdown of illegal electrical work happening at his residence, police said.

Another woman who was staying at a home on the street reported being outside when Krescanko came outside with a red gas can and asked if he should wear a mask. A short time later after she went inside, she spotted the vehicle on fire, police said.

Another person who was unloading their vehicle from a shopping trip just before 4 a.m. on July 8 reported spotting a man in a mask run past and say “you better run.” The person unloading their vehicle said they believe the voice was that of Krescanko, police said.

In court papers, police said they have video footage showing a man going across Washington Street, throwing an object through the passenger-side front window and then setting the SUV on fire, police said.
