Troopers said further information came in that a Toyota rolled over and came to rest on its roof.

The driver – identified as the 38-year-old Lower Makefield Township man – was able to exit the Toyota on his own and expressed minor injuries, state police said.

Troopers stated they interviewed the 38-year-old man at the scene and determined he was driving in a “careless and unsafe manner” because he was impaired from alcohol.
