Officers were dispatched to the Mill Creek Apartments for the report of a domestic in progress. Upon arrival to the apartment, officers met with the victim who had obvious facial injuries from being struck in the face with a closed fist as reported by the victim. Due the circumstances and the injuries on the victim, a 57-year-old man at the apartment was arrested for assault. The man was arraigned and his bail was set at 10 percent of $40,000. Unable to come up with bail, the man was sent to Bucks County Correctional Facility until his preliminary hearing.ย
January 4
Theft
The owner of the Sunoco Gas Station on Bellevue Avenue reported a theft from a propane storage overnight. Security footage showed a while female and white male exit a Chrysler 300 and utilize bolt cutters to open the storage box. The subjects stole 13 full 20-pound tanks and left behind four empty ones.ย

Assault
Ar 12:06 a.m., officers were dispatched to Penndel Bowling on West Lincoln Highway for an assault that took place. Five subjects were creating a disruptive environment for other patrons who were bowling. When one of the managers attempted to ask the subjects to leave, they ganged up on the manager and assault him before leaving in a SUV. Officers will be following up and checking internal surveillance cameras for the subjects. The manager suffered minor injuries to their head and face.
