While COVID-19 testing has resulted in long lines at medical facilities and a scramble to find at-home tests kits, the Bucks County Health Department is offering free testing for students and school workers.
Earlier this school year, the program started and has since expanded to include a testing site in Levittown.

Student testing is only for kids who have displayed symptoms of COVID-19 or have been notified they are excluded from classes due to a close contact with a person and are looking for an “early release” from exclusion.
The parent or guardian for the child will be responsible for administering the nasal swab test for the minor, officials said.
School employees and contractors must present their up-to-date school-issued identification so they can get tested, officials said.

The testing at three sites- Bristol Township’s Levittown section, Doylestown Township, and Richland Township – is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
The testing is only available on an appointment-only basis.
