According to court papers, officers were called on November 2 around 1:10 p.m. to the Lavana Falls Apartments on Marion Court in Levittown for a “suspicious occurrence.”

A witness reported seeing a Ford sedan cut off a group of three juveniles and one person in the car began yelling. One of the juveniles then appeared to empty his pockets and throw money into the vehicle before the Ford sped off, police said.

The witness provided investigators a photo of the suspect vehicle, which had been reported stolen out of Philadelphia, police said.

Police approached the three juveniles who were robbed and began talking to them.

According to police, the one juvenile said the sedan drove up to them while they were walking. Two men inside the vehicle pointed what appeared to be guns at them and asked the group to “run their s–t,” a slang term for emptying pockets.

The group of three reported the Ford drove off after the robbery, police said.

Less than an hour after the robbery, officers spotted a Ford matching the vehicle description in the Bloomsdale-Fleetwing section. Two juveniles were found inside, police said.

A juvenile interviewed in November and said Holden was driving the Ford but left a few minutes before officers caught up with the juveniles left in the vehicle, police said.

Following his arrest Thursday, Holden said there was a robbery on November 2, which netted a few dollars, using a gun with a 30-round magazine and a replica gun, police said.

The crime was reportedly over one of the boys who was robbed “running his mouth” that he was in the BDN 500 gang. The BDN term represents “Bloomsdale nation,” according to court records.

Holden was preliminarily arraigned Thursday morning by District Judge Terry Hughes on charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, simple assault, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime, and theft. He was jailed on 10 percent of $250,000 bail.

Court papers do not state whether the two juveniles who were allegedly in the car when the robbery happened were charged.
