A slow-moving storm will soak Bucks County Thursday into Friday.
The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the area as rain moves into the area. The storm will dump 1 to 3 inches of rain.

Forecasters said the creeks, streams, and areas with poor drainage face the largest flash flooding risk Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.
“Much of this rainfall may occur in a short period of time, leading to the threat of flash flooding,” forecasters said.
There’s a chance that severe weather that can produce damaging winds and even tornadoes could develop from midday Thursday through nighttime, according to forecasters.

The area falls under the National Weather Services’ severe storm risk warning area.
