After making a threat, a Bristol Township man set a chair on fire under a carport, according to charges filed by police.
Around 8:10 p.m. Friday, 9-1-1 received word that Marc Anthony Albright, 55, arrived at a home on Mulberry Lane in Bristol Township’s Levittown section after making a threat of violence via text. The woman reported he was banging on the door and windows, attempting to gain entry, according to court papers.

The burnt remains of a chair were under the carport. A nearby window appeared to have shattered from the heat and a wall had fire damage, police said.
Albright was taken to the police station and urinated on the holding cell floor, causing it to have to be cleaned. He then broke the cell door window, authorities said.
Albright was arraigned early Saturday morning by on-call District Judge Frank Peranteau Sr. on charges of arson, terroristic threats, possession of an instrument of crime, institutional vandalism, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, loitering and prowling at nighttime, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and criminal trespass. He was jailed on 10 percent of $200,000 bail.
