Bristol Borough police are investigating a burglary.
The Smokin’ Joe’s Tobacco Shop in the 200 block of Route 13 was hit Thursday. Officers were dispatched around 6 a.m. for the call.

Officers found a side-door window broken out. Cigarettes were stolen from the store, police said.
“Subsequent investigation located a witness who reported that he observed two male subjects exiting the store at approximately 5:50 a.m. The subjects entered a red Ford Focus and fled the area,” police said.
