School Board member John Ruszin made a post about Minniti’s future in the district on Facebook Friday afternoon and then confirmed his statement to LevittownNow.com.
Ruszin said Minniti is heading for the New Hope-Solebury School District, and he didn’t want to speculate on the reason for her departure.
“She was great for Bristol Borough and I, for one ,will miss her professionalism and dedication,” Ruszin said.

The New Hope-Solebury School District superintendent did not respond to a request for comment. The district’s website did not include information on what Minniti’s role would be in the school system that serves New Hope Borough and Solebury Township.
Minniti was hired by the Bristol Borough School District in 2019. Ruszin’s social media post on Minniti’s departure had several comments heralding her work in the district.

The April incident between Chichilitti and Minniti happened at the high school. According to sources with knowledge of the incident, Chichilitti blew up at Minniti.
The superintendent ended up engaging an attorney who sent a letter to board members. The attorney and Minniti declined to comment at the time when asked about a letter. The letter sent to board members, the contents of which were reviewed by this news organization, made allegations Chichilitti had taken part in “egregious behavior” against the superintendent, spoke of turning down her potential pay raises, and threatened to have other impacts on her job.
In the letter, Minniti asked the school board to remove Chichilitti from his leadership role and censure him. It also called for training on the roles school board members have in district operations.

Police took a report of the incident but no charges were filed.
In mid-May, district Solicitor David Truelove said the “incident has been resolved” and school board members would be taking part in training and all board members and administration will attend a retreat to foster a “culture of respect and communication.”
