A man already serving a sentence for child pornography will face more time locked up.
Kenneth Richard Roberts III, 25, of Falls Township’s Levittown section, was sentenced Wednesday to 3.5 to 7 years in state prison by Bucks County Judge Diane Gibbons. He pleaded guilty in spring to dissemination of photos/film of child sex acts.

Roberts was already in the county prison serving 3 months to 23 months after pleading guilty to child pornography after pleading guilty last March and being sentenced by Bucks County Judge Brian McGuffin.
In summer 2019, Roberts was arrested by Falls Township police for downloading and viewing child porn multiple times.
The second case, which led to Roberts being sentenced to state prison this week, was due to Roberts posting images of child porn online.

Due to his cases, Roberts has to register as a sex offender.
