As the area deals with serious flooding and the recovery from it, residents might need assistance.

Residents and business owners have been asked to direct reports of damage to municipal officials. Contact numbers are below:

Anyone displaced as a result of the storms can call the American Red Cross at 1-800-733-2767 and select option four.

Those who was left without a place to stay by flooding in Bucks County and still needs shelter Tuesday night should come to a community resource center at the Maltese Room next to the Cornwells Fire Company, 2049 Bristol Pike in Bensalem Township. It will be open through 5 p.m. Tuesday.

With high temperatures and humidity expected Tuesday afternoon, the Bensalem Senior Center at 1850 Byberry Road will be open and serving as a cooling center until 3 p.m. through Friday. The Bristol Township Senior Center, 2501 Bath Road, will be open until at least 3:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday.

Residents who might be in crisis or coping with mental health issues related to the flooding can call the Bucks County crisis hot line 1-800-499-7455
