The remains of Tropical Storm Elsa will move through the Levittown area Thursday evening through Friday morning.
The National Weather Service’s office in Mt. Holly, New Jersey put out a forecast calling for 2 to 4 inches of rain across Lower Bucks County.

The National Weather Service said the biggest threat from the storm will be rainfall and flash flooding.
“Heavy rainfall leading to flash flooding is our primary concern with this storm. A Flash Flood Watch continues for the entire forecast area,” forecasters said in a Thursday morning briefing.
While coastal areas are expected to see strong winds, Bucks County is only expected to experience winds of about 10 mph.

Forecasters said they are concerned about river flooding, but the threat is not serious along the Delaware River in Bucks County.
