A vehicle was stolen in the 600 block of South Pennsylvania Avenue.

Defiant Trespassing
An officer responded to Castle Club Apartment Complex on West Trenton Avenue after receiving complaints of a vagrant at one of the buildings. The officer located the subject, identified as a 31-year-old man at a nearby 7-Eleven. He had been previously warned by police that if he returned he would be arrested for trespassing. He was subsequently charged.

A man and woman attempted to steal merchandise from the Home Depot. Both fled in a silver Toyota Prius and left the stolen goods behind.

Possession Of A Controlled Substance
While on patrol an officer observed two suspicious vehicles in the parking lot of LA Fitness. As the officer drove to the rear of the building both vehicles exited while going through a stop sign. As the officer attempted to stop the vehicle, the driver of the vehicle drove erratically and sped away. The driver eventually stopped and officer made contact with the driver, identified as a 33-year-old man. The officer observed a backpack in the vehicle and when the man advised him of personal belongings and showed the officer, there were also several bags of cannabis. As he exited the vehicle, the officer observed more paraphernalia. He was charged with the offenses.
Attempted Theft
Someone attempted to steal a Ford F-350 from B & D Auto.
June 30
Possession Of A Controlled Substance
Police responded to the Ace Motel after receiving a complaint that a guest, identified as a 41-year-old woman, had overstayed and refusing to leave. After making contact with the woman, police observed her to under the influence and also located suspected narcotics in the room. Officers took the woman into custody. She was later transported to Bucks County Correctional Facility for probation violation.
