Waste Management crews will hit the road earlier than normal Wednesday due to the excessive heat.
With temperatures forecasted to be in the 90s, Waste Management officials told Bristol Township and Middletown Township officials they plan to get on the road between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.

The message from Bristol Township:
Waste Management will begin collection slightly earlier than normal on Wednesday. The drivers will begin their routes between 5:30 and 6:00 am and will help give them some relief from the heat early in their shift. This will be for tomorrow, Wednesday, June 30th ONLY:

Please place your cans, yard waste and items for bulk pickup out at the curb either tonight or by 5:00 am tomorrow morning.

Waste Management will be collecting yard waste approximately one (1) hour earlier than normal on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, due to the forecasted heat. Please be sure place all yard waste items out tonight (Tuesday). Collections may occur as early as 5 AM. We appreciate your understanding as steps are being taken to protect the well-being of our solid waste workers.
