After clearing a traffic stop in the morning, an officer observed a vehicle driving very slowly. After observing the vehicle further down the road, which was still at a slow rate of speed and being driven erratically, the officer attempted a traffic stop. The driver did not stop and after a brief pursuit, the operator was found to be under the influence. The 29-year-old man was arrested and charged with DUI and other offenses.

Theft From Vehicle

A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked at the Commons of Falls Apartments outside the F building.

A man and woman who were wanted on outstanding warrants were arrested at the Ace Motel on Lincoln Highway.

A complaint was made at the Nolan Park Apartments about an unwanted woman being on the property. Officers did not locate her.
