Police and Houston accident attorney responded to an accident in the morning in the area of Millcreek Road and Fallsington-Tullytown Road.ย While speaking with the 34-year-old man driving, he admitted to having consumed several beers the prior evening and he could “still feel” the alcohol. He was taken into custody and charged with the offenses.ย
Drugs
Between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., police responded to Nolan Park Apartments in the Morrisville section for a domestic situation. Officers spoke with an 18-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man who had been arguing. During the argument, the 21-year-old man threatened the 18-year-old woman with a stun gun and later sprayed himself with pepper spray. Police also discovered narcotics in the apartment and both were arrested.

Theft From Vehicles
Catalytic converters was stolen from Fletcher’s Garage on New Falls Road.

A white 2012 Ford E-250 work van with ladders on a roof rack were stolen from the parking lot on Home Depot Commerce Boulevard.

Police responded to a report of a one vehicle accident shortly after midnight. Officers arrived on scene and met with the driver, an 18-year-old man, who admitted to drinking a couple of beers. After being unable to complete field sobriety testing, he was arrested. The man was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was charged with DUI and related offences.

During the evening, officers responded to a single vehicle accident on West Trenton Avenue. Officers met with the driver, a 49-year-old woman, who claimed she was run off the road. While speaking with her, she admitted to drinking. After failing field sobriety testing, she was taken into custody and charged.

DUI
Police responded early morning hours for a one-vehicle accident in the area of Poet Lane in Levittown in which a light pole was struck. Officers arrived and spoke with the driver, a 51-year-old man, who was not injured and found to be under the influence. He was charged.
