The lives of fallen police officers were recognized at the Bucks County Administration Building.
During a Friday ceremony, law enforcement from around the county gathered in Doylestown Borough and a “Thin Blue Line” memorial flag was raised.

“As a tribute both to those officers who have fallen in the line of duty, as well as to those still serving our communities, the flag will fly over the courtyard May 9-15 during National Police Week and Peace Officers Memorial Day,” county officials said in a Facebook post.
