Bucks County is opening up its five mass vaccination sites to walk-ins starting Wednesday.
Those with scheduled appointments will still be accommodated.

Walk-ins will receive the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine at the clinic in Warwick Township and those who visit the county’s clinics at the Bucks County Community College campuses and Neshaminy Mall will receive the two-dose Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, according to the county health department.
After a “pause” by state and federal health authorities, experts have determined that a handful of blood clotting cases believed to be caused by the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are extremely rare and can be treated in the rare case there is a complication.
State health officials are asking those who receive the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and develop severe headache, abdominal pain, leg pain or shortness of breath within three weeks of their vaccination should contact their health care provider. They directed those who get the vaccine to visit the federal information sheet.

County officials said those who wish to schedule a vaccination appointment can do so at www.trackmyvaccine.com/register.
Vaccinations are also available through many local pharmacies and medical providers. A listing has been created by the state.
