April 4

Simple Assault

Officers responded to Vermilion Hills section of Levittown around 11 p.m. for a domestic assault.ย Officers met with the victims, one being a minor child, who identified a 34-year-old man as their attacker.ย The man was intoxicated and engaged in a verbal argument with the victims which then became physical. He was charged with the offenses, and arraigned before a district judge. He wasย released on his own recognizance and advised not to have contact with the victims.ย 

April 5

Retail Theft

A laptop was stolen by a man at the Best Buy on Commerce Boulevard. The suspect fled in a black Volkswagen SUV.

Arrest

Around noon, Falls Township police while on patrol came in contact with a 24-year-old woman at the Ace Motel on Lincoln Highway who was wanted on a warrant.ย She was also charged drug with offenses.

A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle overnight in the 100 block of West Tyburn Road.

Two women wearing dark clothes and masks took shopping carts full of clothing from Dick’s Sporting Goods on Commerce Boulevard. The suspects fled in a black Ford Fiesta with a Pennsylvania registration.ย

Money was taken from a vehicle in the 1900 block of Bristol Pike.

Two subjects were looking into vehicles in Vermilion Hills overnight.
