A resident of Falls Township’s Levittown section has been charged following a child pornography investigation.
William Drayton Jr., 50, was preliminarily arraigned last week before District Judge Jan Vislosky on charges of child pornography, dissemination of photos/film of child sex acts, and criminal use of a communication facility. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.

In July, instant messaging app Kik reported suspected child porn on their platform to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip was turned over to Falls Township police and a detective sergeant who is a member of a federal task force that deals with crimes against children on the internet.
The account flagged by Kik was linked to Drayton and found to have multiple images of child porn, police said.
The investigator reported finding “multiple files” of child porn, including images of “indecent conduct.” Some images showed kids approximated to be between 3 and 8 years old, police said.
