Retail Theft
Officers were investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Home Depot on Commerce Boulevard. A 38-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman were apprehended by officers. The man was charged with retail theft and drug charges. The woman faces drug charges. The man was arraigned and bail was set at 10 percent of $75,000.
