UPDATE: Woman Dies After Jump From Bridge
A person was reported to have jumped from the Burlington-Bristol Bridge Sunday morning.
The person jumped into the Delaware River below from the bridge. Rescue boats were dispatched around 10:40 a.m.

Croydon Fire Company Chief Tom Tryon said crews found the person unconscious and removed them. The person was taken to the New Jersey side of the river for care.
The person’s condition as of 11:45 a.m. was not immediately known.
The bridge reopened by around 11:10 a.m., according to the Burlington County Bridge Commission Police Department, which patrols the bridge that connects Bucks County to New Jersey.

In addition to the Croydon Fire Company, the America Hose, Hook and Ladder, Cornwells, and Union fire companies responded along with the Bucks County Rescue Squad and New Jersey emergency crews.
