A Bristol Township man is facing child pornography charges following an investigation by the Bucks County Detectives.
In August, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office received a tip through the Internet Crimes Against Children task force that Google had reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children the month prior that there was possible child sexual abuse media being stored on their systems, according to court papers.

The detective for the district attorney’s office reviewed the suspected media files and found they contained minors engaging in sexual acts, authorities said.
The files were linked to an account belonging to Richard G. Palcko III, 48, of Bristol Township’s Levittown section, using the name “Rick Pablo,” authorities said.
The 48-year-old man allegedly told investigators he obtained pornography of both adults and children via a social media app.

A review of the man’s cell phone uncovered 247 images and 22 videos of suspected child porn, detectives said.
Palcko was arraigned earlier this month on two counts of child pornography and a single charge of criminal use of a communication facility by District Judge Robert Wagner. He was released on $100,000 unsecured bail.
