A 57-year-old Croydon man was arrested on charges of Possession of an Instrument of Crime with Intent, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Possess Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment on River Lane. He was arraigned and bail was set at $25,000 unsecured.
