Police said they arrived and found Christopher John Rader, 34, of Philadelphia, being restrained by multiple bystanders. He was said to be resisting before he was taken into custody.
An AutoZone employee told police Rader attempted to leave the store with a five gallon bucket loaded with merchandise. The employee reported trying to stop the 34 year old, but he struck her with the bucket.
Several bystanders said they watched the incident happened and intervened to physically stop Rader. The city man fought with the bystanders and bit one of them, according to police.
