Preliminary and final land development for a proposed warehouse and office in Falls Township was granted Monday evening.
The supervisors voted unanimously to allow the plans allow for construction of a roughly 225,000-square-foot warehouse and an affiliated 10,380-square-foot office building at the 18.3-acre J.G. Petrucci tract inside the Keystone Industrial Port Complex.

The property is owned by Hiossen Inc. A tenant has yet been named for the property.
Ed Murphy, the attorney for the developer, said that the warehouse is designed to product distribution, processing, manufacturing, and storage of materials, but not any hazardous material.
Two driveways will be used to make entrance to the site. One entrance will be constructed – one for northern entrance of the site and one at the southern portion of the site.

Separately, Airgas received approval to slightly change a driveway on previously-approved plans for their facility on Middle Road in the Keystone Industrial Port Complex. The company also has dropped plans for a storage building.
