For the second time in 13 months, a Falls Township man has been charged with child pornography-related offenses.

Kenneth Richard Roberts III, 25, of the township’s Levittown section, was charged by the Bucks County Detectives on Monday with child pornography, dissemination of photos/film of child sex acts, and criminal use of a criminal communication facility. He is behind bars due to the previous case and has yet to be arraigned on the latest charges, according to a court docket.

Roberts was arrested in summer 2019 for downloading and viewing child porn multiple times. He reportedly told Falls Township detectives that he viewed the child porn and then uploaded it on a microblogging site.

Roberts, according to court records, pleaded guilty to one count of child pornography in March in relation to the 2019 case. He was sentenced by Bucks County Judge Brian McGuffin to three to 24 months in county prison. He was to be screened for work release and required to register as a sex offender.

The new charges filed this week allege that Roberts posted two images of child porn online on January 4 and it came to the attention of county detectives on February 26. Administrative subpoenas and search warrants were issued and the images were linked to Roberts’ account, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said.
